so its been over a year now; but when i hit the 400 followers on instagram (isa.nolimits) i had the feeling its about time to start this blog again. and i actually have collected a few nice stories during the past few month i can write about. since it's #throwbackthursday: i want to start with my new favorite hobby. i just recently learned this summer how to surf in the second eisbach wave in munich. i'd most def still call me an absolute beginner, but its the most fun you can imagine. nothing similar compared to a 'real' wave, but still you spend time in moving water and you can even practice the take off if you don't jump on the board straight away. after my first time my muscles were super sore for two days; but with every sport you start its getting better the more often you do it. if you're not afraid of moving water and you don't hate cold water - this is def a must do for every surfer who comes visit munich. my expectations for next summer are quite high. would be great to be able to go surf the first wave at prinzregentenstreet by the end of next year. #fingerscrossed

you may have seen on instagram that i started a low carb, low sugar, high proteine diet for at least ten days on saturday. as everyboday should know: that only works if you do some sports as well. so additional to my (almost) daily running i wanted to do a little workout for my muscles everyday as well. i found the '7min Workout' app in my app store and downloaded it. here is what i think about it:
i got mail... and as you can see in my pictures: i'm still really excited about it. i loved jumping around in the garden. the race suits just fits perfectly (pretty tight!) -haha.
but here you can see how flat it is where i grew up. no mountains or even hills in my home town. horrible... -_- after the season is before the season and even though its only spring time, now i seriously can't wait for autumn to go to the glacier and train some giant slalom turns with with 'schild racing' again. hope you like this beautiful german team racing suit - i LOVE it <3 my first run after the season. i was scared i would only run 5 minutes before i die of pain. but fortunatley it went a lot better than expected. i got a sports armband from h&m last week. i just can't run without motivating music. its really comfortable but maybe a bit small for my arms :/! maybe i'll find another one with a better fit soon. some sit ups and stretching is essential after the workout. otherwise the next day can be a pain in the a*** :P! breakfast wasn't very healthy today. but super yum and it gives me energy for the day!
