my first run after the season. i was scared i would only run 5 minutes before i die of pain. but fortunatley it went a lot better than expected. i got a sports armband from h&m last week. i just can't run without motivating music. its really comfortable but maybe a bit small for my arms :/! maybe i'll find another one with a better fit soon. some sit ups and stretching is essential after the workout. otherwise the next day can be a pain in the a*** :P! breakfast wasn't very healthy today. but super yum and it gives me energy for the day!
